  • how to mobilize the foot and ankle
  • why the big toe is so important in both mobility and strength
  • how the anatomy of the foot leads to effective toe-off
  • the good and bad about pronation

Advanced Feet Strengthening

Already taken Dr. Jess’ foot strengthening class?  She has developed an advanced class that will incorporate the whole body, delving further into balance, toe strength, arch strength and shape, supination and pronation.  Take your performance to the next level and prevent injuries up and down the kinetic chain.  Improve your balance and function of the feet!
