Your Appointment

What to expect on the first visit:

We will do a comprehensive history of the injury, biomechanical evaluation, and an orthopedic and neurological examination if necessary. We will often perform treatment and prescribe exercises on the first visit.

Our clients are important to us:

Please arrive on-time to ensure you receive a thorough exam and treatment.  If you arrive late, we we will do our best to cover as much as we can in the time remaining during your appointment slot.

What to wear:

Please dress as if you are going to work out at a gym including shorts, tank top (appropriate for neck, shoulder, and upper back injuries) and athletic shoes.

Dr. Jessica Greaux is no longer billing insurance companies.  Payment is due at time of service.  However, after we receive your payment, we will be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  We have often found this saves patients money in the long run.  Your superbill will have all diagnostic codes, procedures, tax ID, etc. the insurance companies require to submit a claim.  You should call your insurance company and inquire how to submit a superbill/claim as a patient and they will provide you with the address. We Appreciate Your Understanding
