Our Story
Dr. Jess founded Innersport in 2002 as a chiropractor looking to work with athletes and active people. After working closely with a physical therapist and then volunteering as a PT assistant during school breaks, she instantly knew how she would spend the rest of her life. Today, she has her dream job helping patients getting back to what they love, whether it’s hiking the safari, chasing their Olympic dreams, or commuting via bike.

Today, Dr. Jess is an avid cyclist on both dirt and road as well as spending time in the gym working on strength and stability. She prefers to spend her time off hiking and photographing the national parks as well as working in her dark room hand printing images using alternative processes such as platinum/palladium, cyanotype, and mordançage.
Our Mission & Vision
Dr. Greaux is a movement-minded therapist. Her treatment, care, and home exercises are intended to not only help with symptoms, but to enhance function affected by previous injuries and work-related tasks. She has learned long ago that the site of chronic pain is usually not the root of the problem. While pain management is addressed during her sessions, she aims to find the root of the cause through various knowledge gained in movement therapy.
She also believes she is 50% of the solution. As long as her patients put in 100%, she will put 100% in guiding her patients to moving better. This can be a slow or fast process, depending on compliance, previous injuries, and current activities. Borrowing the philosophy of the chiropractic profession, the body is the ultimate healer. By aligning the body and removing restrictions in soft tissues and joints, the body will learn how to move as it was intended.
